Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund policy is straightforward.

Beta Cohort free month

Beta Cohort subscriptions include 1 month free access. A valid payment method is required at signup but you are not charged during the free month. If you cancel before the free month ends, you owe nothing. Standard plans have no free trial — billing begins immediately upon subscription.

After the trial

We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

If ApexReport experiences a service outage of more than 48 consecutive hours in a single billing period, you are entitled to a pro-rata credit for the downtime. Contact us at hamza.h@apexpositioningco.com with documentation of the issue.

If ApexReport isn't generating and sending your client reports for you within your first billing cycle, we'll refund your first month's payment in full. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to Beta Cohort subscribers only.
