Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ApexReport, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

ApexReport is a B2B SaaS platform that connects to cold email platforms via API, generates white-labeled reports, and delivers them to your clients. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the accounts and share the data you input into ApexReport.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. ApexReport is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ApexReport to process data you do not have the right to access, to resell or white-label the ApexReport platform itself to other SaaS vendors, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. Beta Cohort pricing is locked at $299/month for the lifetime of an active subscription. If a Beta Cohort subscription is cancelled, the Beta Cohort rate is not guaranteed upon resubscription. Standard plans are billed at $499/month.

6. Trial period

Beta Cohort subscriptions include 1 month free access. No charge is made during this period. You may cancel at any time during the free month without charge. Standard plans have no free trial — billing begins immediately upon subscription.

7. Cancellation and data

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

ApexReport is provided “as is.” We make no guarantee of uptime, data accuracy, or specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email with 14 days notice.
